Obstacles to I.T educational practice

TECHNOLOGY IS FAST APPROACHING NOWADAYS.. ALL people living in this world encountered technology unavoidable. Whether you like or not, you must use technology because in order you to live. Why? Because for instance, when you wear shirts, shirts are made by technology.. Some foods are made with technology so by then we face the technology. Technology affects more in the field of education in our society because students it is the first stage of our being, what I mean is that before we go at work, we must to go at school for us to have the basic knowledge which is to read and write broadly.. As one of my resources indicate that "Changing technology is part and parcel of the rapidly changing social, cultural, political and economic times in which we live. And it is clear that changing technology is a key driver of these associated changes." Technology helps a lot to have an easy work or easy what you have to do or wants to do. Technology gives an advantageous affects on our life especially in the field of education but there is also the disadvantageous effects that attacking us that leads us in failing.

for me, the ff. are the obstacles in the practice of I.T in education:
1. Lack of information
2. Lack of funds
3. Poor connection of websites connection
4.Insufficient Trainings
5. Hard to pass especially to late bloomers.

LACK OF INFORMATION, people are not yet aware of the technology and what it's role in the society especially in their own self. They just accept of what is happening in the society especially in the field of technology.. In education, some schools are not yet practicing or having the computers.

LACK OF FUNDS, the government does not give an amount to the education in practicing the usage of computers in every classrooms. Some country today facing crisis that can't give enough budget to education.

Poor connection of websites connection, it means that the relation of every sectors are poorer.

Insufficient Trainings . it means that every teachers are not yet inform ion how to use computers and it's usage, functions and it;s broad idea.

Hard to pass especially to late bloomers, it means that even the teachers know how to use computers, it is useless to when they have the students that is late bloomer.

educational technology2

As what I have learned in what I have read on the ICT policies and strategies in the country of Hongkong is that, their way of handling the ICT there is concentrated in the IT school by giving more attention, well support and provide school threshold level of hardware or the computers, technical support and an appropriate in communicating between the educational sectors and the community.

The Hongkong government aim's to harness the power of ICT to turn shcools into dynamic and innovative learning institutions, where the students can become more motivated, inquisitive, creative and independent lifelong learners.

Australian policy on implementing ICT in education is to actualize the role of the education technology in the society and to train the equitable, imaginative and economically strong knowledge society into reality. ICT education and training will help to grow their economy.

The very goal of Australian policy on implementing ICT in education is to make individual student be confident creative and productive users of new technologies, particularly information and communication technologies, and understand the impact of those technologies on society when they leave at school. To achieve this goal, Ensuring that the education and training sector is able to provide all learners with opportunities to develop their ability to use technology confidently, Supporting education and training workers to acquire and maintain the skills needed to take full advantage of the potential of ICT to transform learning.

Singapore policy on implementing ICT in education is that the students need to acquire skills such as ability to think independent and confident in solving the problems. They are focus in the curriculum in order to make their students confident in some skills.

New Zea land has the highest access in telecommunication, they are the more hardware and going online software. Their policy has been developed of school, businesses, research and others. Their very goals is to develop the technical skills of every students towards more productive and improving society they had. Their vision is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills in participating into society, to achieve the global economy as well as their economy and to have strong insight in the culture they had. Their vision will be achieved when different organization they had must participate.

Malaysia is not that really improve in their ICT but they give an effort to improve this and to have enough knowledge on it. Their vision is to make their student and every Malaysian be technology literate, well critically thinker, prepared in participating in global economy and the same time their vision is to develop the potential of individuals in holistic manner and individuals who are intellectually, morally, physically, emotionally and spiritually balanced. Using ICT in Malaysia can increase ore productivity in management.

In Philippines, ICT is also not really improved, they have just begun to practice in re-conceptualizing the policies of ICT.The vision of the Philippines in managing or implementing the ICT is to evolve an ICT to enhance, broaden, strengthen and transform learning to develop every Filipinos in to a person who is globally perspective, creative and have a concern to a common good.
